- Monday - Friday, 7 am - 5 pm, flexible hours available
- 36 patient contact hours per week -- clinic only, no call
- 16 - 20 patients per day, full age range, predominantly adult
- Outpatient clinic setting only
- EMR: EPIC
- Experience with x-ray, laboratory, and wave test procedures
- Family medicine background preferred -- seasoned providers ideal
