• Monday - Friday, 7 am - 5 pm, flexible hours available
• 36 patient contact hours per week -- clinic only, no call
• 16 - 20 patients per day, full age range, predominantly adult
• Outpatient clinic setting only
• EMR: EPIC
• Experience with x-ray, laboratory, and wave test procedures
• Family medicine background preferred -- seasoned providers ideal
