Assignment Overview

ShareSTAFF is seeking a Urologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity with a respected regional health system in Topeka, Kansas. This position offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic and surgical responsibilities within an established urology program featuring robotic surgery capabilities and strong clinical support.

Providers will join a collaborative practice while helping maintain continuity of care during an active physician recruitment effort.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• 3 clinic days per week

• 2 OR days per week

• Flexible scheduling options may be considered

Practice Details

• Established practice with 2 full-time urologists

• Clinic located across the street from the hospital

• Epic EMR

• 25-30 patients per clinic day

• 5-6 surgical cases on OR days

• da Vinci Xi robotic platform

• 24-hour nurse triage support

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient urology services

• Perform general and robotic-assisted urologic procedures

• Evaluate and manage a broad spectrum of urologic conditions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and surgical teams

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

Required

• MD or DO

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology

• Active Kansas license or ability to obtain

• Current BLS certification

• Robotic surgery experience

Preferred

• Experience with the da Vinci Xi platform

• Pelvic floor reconstruction experience

• Board Certification in Urology
