Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 3 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Pine Canyon, AZ.

Dates Needed:

Jun 18 | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (8h)

Jun 19 | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (8h)

Jun 30 | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (8h)

Jul 25 | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12h)

• Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
• Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day
• Department description: Description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Hospital bed size: 317
• Case/Procedure Experience: must have recent hospital experience.
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Board Certification: CRNA
• License required: AZ license required to present
• Certifications required: BLS or ACLS
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days.
• $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
