Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Ft. Worth, TX. TX license preferred.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5x8's.
• Guaranteed 40 hours.
• Call preferred, even back-up pager once a week.
• Cases: Bariatrics, general surgery, spine, neuro, endo, ortho, cath lab EP MRI CT Radiology offsite.
• CRNAs are supervised.
• EMR is Meditech.
• Credentialing: 90-120 days
• $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
• $Competitive Hourly pay + A++ rated malpractice insurance if needed. Prefer local candidates only at this time.
