- Mon - Fri, 8 am - 4:30 pm -- 40 hours per week, on-site
- Weekend call rotation: 1:6 -- weeknight after-hours on-call required
- 15 - 18 patients seen daily -- 2 - 3 new patients per day
- 3 - 4 detox follow-up patients per day
- Substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health experience required
- Sub-acute detoxification experience required
- 2 FNPs or PAs needed for this engagement
