• Outpatient practice setting -- scheduled clinical hours plus call
• 8 patients per shift
• Adult urology population -- general urology cases
• Call ratio 1:1 -- beeper call, 30 minute response time
• Required: partial nephrectomies, TRUS biopsies, incontinence procedures
• Required: penile prosthesis, ESWL
• Preferred: robotic surgery, radical prostatectomy, ureteroscopy
• Assignments scheduled one week at a time
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
