Lot Attendant Manager Action Power Sports

Are you someone who loves the outdoors, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for power sports? Action Power Sports is looking for a motivated, hands-on Lot Attendant Manager to lead our yard operations and keep our inventory moving safely and efficiently!

This is not your average desk job you'll be out in the action year-round, working with motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs, and playing a key role in keeping our dealership running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts to safely move and organize motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs
• Manage and maintain the lot layout for maximum efficiency and visual appeal
• Lead and support lot staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Assist with loading/unloading incoming and outgoing units
• Keep the lot clean, organized, and customer-ready in all seasons
• Work outdoors year-round in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to prioritize unit movement

What We're Looking For

• Forklift experience (or willingness to learn we'll train the right person!)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• High energy, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• Passion for power sports is a big plus
