LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team, serving underserved adults in a faith-informed, mission-driven environment. The LPN provides hands-on nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, wound care, and monitoring chronic conditions while supporting residents’ dignity and independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centered care, document in the EHR, and help advance health equity. This role is ideal for an LPN passionate about serving vulnerable neighbors and growing professionally in a supportive, team-based setting.
