LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team. In this on-site role, you’ll deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care to underserved individuals in a faith-based, mission-driven setting. Responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, monitoring changes in condition, documentation in EHR, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll support holistic, whole-person care that honors dignity and promotes wellness while contributing to a culture grounded in compassion, service, and health equity.
