LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks an LPN for our Long Term Care team serving underserved adults and seniors. The LPN provides compassionate, resident-centered nursing care including medication administration, treatments, monitoring chronic conditions, and thorough EMR documentation. Working in a faith-based, mission-driven environment, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support whole-person wellbeing—physical, emotional, and spiritual. This role is on-site and hands-on, promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life while advancing health equity for our community in a supportive, growth-oriented setting.
