LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team serving underserved adults and seniors. In this on-site role, you’ll provide holistic nursing care including medication administration, wound care, monitoring chronic conditions, and supporting activities of daily living. You’ll document in the EHR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary, faith-inspired team, and partner with families to promote dignity, comfort, and wellness.
