LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team. In this on-site role, you’ll deliver bedside nursing care, administer medications, monitor chronic conditions, and support activities of daily living for residents in a mission-driven, faith-based environment. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement holistic care plans that honor dignity and promote whole-person wellbeing. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical skills in long-term or geriatric care, clear communication, attention to detail, and a heart for serving underserved and vulnerable populations.
