LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team. In this on-site role, you’ll provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, monitor chronic conditions, and support daily living needs for underserved residents in a faith-based, mission-driven environment. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in the EHR, educate residents and families, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
