LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks an LPN for our Long Term Care team. In this on-site role, you’ll provide compassionate, holistic nursing care to residents with chronic and complex needs, many from underserved communities. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, monitoring and documenting resident status, and supporting interdisciplinary care plans. You’ll collaborate with a diverse, mission-driven team in a faith-based, community-focused environment that values dignity, health equity, and whole-person wellbeing, while supporting your professional growth and development.
