As a Hermes Chauffeur, you will:

• Provide safe and professional transportation: Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for all passengers.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment: Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational. This includes monitoring fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall cleanliness, both inside and out.
• Deliver exceptional customer service: Greet clients warmly, assist with luggage, and anticipate their needs throughout the journey. Offer a personalized experience by being knowledgeable about local routes, attractions, and dining options, and be ready to provide recommendations.
• Manage schedules and communication: Effectively manage a schedule of pickups and drop-offs, ensuring punctuality and clear communication with dispatch and clients. Adapt to changes in itineraries and traffic conditions with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Uphold company standards: Adhere to all Hermes Worldwide policies and procedures, including dress code and code of conduct. Represent the company with integrity and a positive attitude, upholding our commitment to luxury and excellence in every interaction.

Requirements:

• Ideal candidates for this position will:
• Be at least 25 years old and have a clean driving record;
• Have at least 2 years of passenger transportation experience;
• Be able to pass a background screen and pre-employment drug test;
• Demonstrate the ability to drive safely under pressure and in adverse traffic/weather conditions;
• Have top-notch customer service skills.
