What Youll DoMachine OperationOperate the Schroder Professional POS 3000 sheet metal folding machine safelyOperate Amada Twin Servo Drive Turret Punch PressTrain on additional equipment including Emmegi T2 E Double-Head cutting machines and Emmegi T3 Star CNC Machining centerComplete daily safety and performance checks on your machinesPanel AssemblyAssemble panels and subcomponents using provided diagrams and specsApply adhesives and operate a heated press as part of the production processAccurately measure materials using a millimeter tape measureSafety & QualityFollow all workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE every shift, no exceptionsPerform quality checks on your completed work and flag anything that doesnt look rightTeamwork & CommunicationWork alongside your team across projects and help each other stay on trackKeep your Production Manager in the loop on shift status, issues, or ideas. Ideas are always welcome!What Were Looking ForReliable mindset, transportation, and the ability to be on-site by 6:45 AM to start your 7:00 AM shift this one is non-negotiableA mechanical mindset you dont need to know our machines, but you should feel comfortable around equipmentComposite or steel-toed safety bootsA positive attitude and willingness to learn and growStrong attendance and punctuality track recordPhysical RequirementsThis is an active, on-your-feet manufacturing role.
