Now Hiring: Machine Operator - Manufacturing Facility

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to join a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing team? We're looking for a Machine Operator to safely and efficiently operate equipment across our facility. If you thrive in a high-heat, physical environment and enjoy working with your hands, this could be the perfect fit!

What You'll Do


  • Operate machines and hand tools safely and effectively

  • Strong Commitment to safety.

  • Read and follow production instructions and job routings

  • Use precision measuring tools (micrometer, caliper, scale, etc.)

  • Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Ensure product quality and traceability throughout the process

  • Communicate issues and collaborate with engineering support

  • Assist with material handling, including lifting up to 50 lbs and using hoists for heavier items

  • Stay flexible-operate other machines as needed and cross-train in other areas



What We're Looking For


  • High School diploma or GED required

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills

  • Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team

  • Comfortable with physical work: standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working in high-heat conditions (up to 105F)



Physical Requirements


  • Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs regularly (200+ lbs with equipment)

  • Stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods

  • Use of vibratory tools and work around hot materials

  • Work in a non-climate-controlled environment
