- Waterjet Operators, Press Operators, and Ovens/ Autoclave Operators
- 1st Shift Hours: Monday-Thursday 6 AM to 3:30 PM , Friday 6 AM to 10 AM
- 2nd Shift Hours: Exact position schedules may vary between:
- Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM to 1 AM, Fri 10 AM to 2 PM
- Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM to 1 AM, Fri 11 AM to 3 PM
- Monday-Thursday 2:30 PM to 12 AM, Fri 10 AM to 2 PM
- 3rd Shift Hours: Sunday-Thursday evenings 11:30 PM to 7 AM

General Job Responsibilities:
- Load material and operate machines and auxiliary equipment used in the production of various products
- Read and understand verbal and written workorders to determine process specifications.
- Adjust manual controls or enter commands in computerized control panel to run appropriate programs.
- Monitor machine instruments, switches, and recorders and listen for warning signals during operation to ensure conformance to specifications, and modify or aborts process as required.
- Maintain manual or computerized processing records.
- Ensure that all products are produced to the highest quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance/ safety checks on machines
- Follow safety requirements
- Perform 5S Requirements for work area
- Attendance is critical in all positions; be on time to work daily
- Be dependable, reliable, and a positive team-player
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisor
- Work in a team environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Follow procedures for handling hazardous materials when applicable, including obtaining necessary certifications
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Forklift experience preferred
- Prefer machine shop skills and general computer familiarity
- Ability to work in a heated environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and climb steps, in an area with limited climate control
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull heavy materials safely, up to 50 lbs independently, using team lift when necessary for heavier materials over 50 lbs.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
