Machine Operator - Night Shift

Plastic Extrusion Operator

Plastic extrusion operators needed for manufacturing facility in Schuylkill Haven.

Will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Plastic extrusion
• Set up and operate machinery
• Read and verify orders
• Perform quality checks
• Complete production paperwork
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Hygiene Policy / Dress Code:

• Hair and beards/mustaches must be covered
• Will wear face shields
• No shorts, no skirts, no capris
• No sandals or opened toe shoes
• Must wear steel toe or composite toe shoes
• No shirts or sweatshirts with strings or loose ties
• No apparel with hoods
• No tobacco usage on company property
• No fake fingernails, no nail polish, no fake eyelashes
• No jewelry (except for medical reasons)

Must be okay with working in 85 to 100+ degrees

Requires cleaning hot melt out of the extruder, screen changes, and barrel cleaning

Rotating schedule: 7:00pm-7:00am, will work 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next. Must be available to work every other weekend.

Pay rate: $20.35 $23.71 after 45 days once training is complete.
