What You'll Do
As a Production Team Member, you will:
- Prepare and inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Follow all OSHA and Prysmian safety guidelines
- Report unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors or the safety team
- Support production needs by performing duties assigned by your supervisor
- Maintain consistent, dependable attendance
- Contribute to a high-performing team environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity
What You Bring
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform essential physical and operational job duties
- Strong reliability and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and support production needs
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This hands-on role is performed in an active production setting with:
- Loud noise and exposure to extreme temperatures
- Some outdoor tasks depending on operational needs
- Repetitive motion and physical activity
- Kneeling, crouching, and stooping
- Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Use of hands to operate tools, materials, and equipment
- Standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods
Schedule Options:
- 12-hour shifts
- 8-hour shifts
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
