The Maintenance Manager will work in collaboration with property management to oversee building maintenance functions, budget, and vendor contracts for Neary Lagoon. We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply. This is an on-site position. Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 dependent on experience. Duties (Normal day activities) include patching and painting walls, trim, and ceilings. Cleaning, repairing, and maintaining appliances. Preparing units for new residents, including completing necessary turnover work. Performing routine plumbing and electrical repairs. Managing day-to-day maintenance functions. Assisting with maintenance budget oversight. Coordinating and managing vendor contracts in collaboration with the property management team.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, three (3) years of experience in skilled maintenance work, and technical expertise in one or more building trade. Legally operate a motor vehicle.
