Maintenance Supervisor

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to work in the greater Toledo, OH area for a tier 1 automotive supplier. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and management of 10-14 multi-craft maintenance technicians
• Develops and maintains schedule and allocates work to employees based on urgency/priority.
• Monitors ongoing work progress and final inspection upon completion of work.
• Establishes and maintains an effective preventative maintenance program.
• Performs root-cause analysis to identify causes of machine breakdowns and makes recommendations to fix problem.
• Provides coaching and counseling to direct reports and conducts performance reviews.
• Mechanically inclined with strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic machinery, automation, electronic, electrical and PLC's.
• Sound knowledge of industrial safety procedures.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance supervision/leadership experience.
