Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) seeks a Maintenance Technician to support safe, well-functioning facilities for our mission-driven programs. In this full-time, on-site role, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, and respond to work orders and emergencies to keep resident and program spaces safe and comfortable. You’ll complete safety inspections, coordinate with vendors, assist with grounds and seasonal tasks, and follow OSHA and infection-control standards while working within a compassionate, trauma-informed, and team-focused culture that serves vulnerable individuals and families.
