Manager, Enterprise Applications Project Management

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Enterprise Applications Project Management to lead and manage critical SAP projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring that company objectives are met within budget and on schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules; track progress against goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration among stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and provide project updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies, and standards.
• Work closely with technical teams for system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and team members.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained according to standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• At least 8 years of SAP engagement and project management experience working with large SAP programs
• Executed at least 2 end to end large SAP programs in Program manager roles with hands on experience of end to end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs
• Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams a big plus
• Experience with Agile/Devops and knowledge of Hi-Tech industry is a big plus
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Professional certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired
• Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies
• Strong English verbal and written skills
• Strong interpersonal & client management skills

Salary Range $170,000 - $190,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
