This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have an Associate's degree or higher (preferred) and 5+ years' experience in machined component manufacturing.
• Have at least 2 years' supervisory or management experience in a medium to large machine shop.
• Are motivated, ambitious, and collaborativewith sharp attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and use Microsoft Outlook and Excel confidently.
• Possess expertise in FANUC and MAZATROL controls, MasterCAM programming (preferred), and G-code troubleshooting.
• Are familiar with Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Show excellent organizational, conceptual, and time management skills, with proven ability for multi-tasking and problem-solving.
• Are physically able to use overhead cranes and perform required lifting.
