Job Description: Duties: Responsibilities The Precision Meso?scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision?machined components that power client's industry?leading electronic measurement equipment.

In this role, you will support mechanical inspection processes. Through on?the?job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated inspection operations, including performing visual inspections under a microscope and operating precision inspection equipment. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential for success in this position.

Skills:

• High School diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to read and converse in English
• Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
• Ability to interpret instructions and specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Strong manual dexterity
• High?volume parts inspection and handling
• Microscopic visual inspection
• Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging

Highly Desired Experience:

• Automated inspection equipment operation
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
• Some college or technical coursework

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical Course Work or college desired.
