This position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to US national security based export control requirements. All applicants must be US Citizens, or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Government. No company sponsorship will be offered.
Roles and Responsibilities
Complete all training and experience requirements for High-Temp Staging operator I
Operate highly technical equipment in the staging cell including automation and associated control systems/tools
Execute work processes as defined in visual work instructions and standard operating procedures
Ensure a quality product by performing checks and inspections as defined in visual work instructions and SOPs
Troubleshoot manufacturing anomalies related to equipment operation, productivity, and quality
Proper and efficient material handling to ensure product traceability to meet quality and scheduling demands
Monitor equipment, perform daily equipment checks and cleanings, and record data to document the manufacturing process
Perform preventive maintenance as required to meet maintenance schedules
Adhere to required housekeeping and safety requirements for the manufacturing areas within the facility
Submit and support continuous improvement ideas in order to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost
Follow all procedures administered by safety, quality, process engineering, and facilities engineering
Train co-workers in proper equipment operations and maintenance procedures
Active role in QRQC activities
Perform other related duties as required
