Manufacturing Polisher Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Polisher to apply high-quality finishes to metal faucets and fixtures prior to the coating process. This position is ideal for candidates with production or metal finishing experience who have a strong attention to detail and take pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Operate polishing lathes, buffing machines, and sandblasting equipment
• Grind, smooth, and finish metal surfaces to quality standards
• Use hand tools such as scrapers and chisels when needed
• Inspect finished components for scratches, cracks, and other imperfections
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of production experience required
• Metal polishing or finishing experience highly preferred
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Must wear dust masks, eye protection, and safety footwear
• Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply
