What You'll Do: Manufacturing Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of manufacturing team members
• Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to teammates
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
• Monitor performance and address operational issues as they arise

Preferred Candidate Might:

• 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• Availability to work 1st and/or 2nd shift
• Strong team leadership and people management skills
