Marketing Director
Apply NowAbout the Role
We are seeking a senior In-House Marketing Director to orchestrate our multi-channel growth engine. In this role, you will act as the operational quarterback—managing specialized freelance contributors (video editors, copywriters, local SEO/PR contractors) while aligning closely with our internal LinkedIn outreach team. You will set the creative brief, enforce brand/legal compliance for tax-bankruptcy messaging, audit contractor output, and execute and scale multi-channel acquisition and brand-awareness campaigns. In this role, you will bridge legal/tax expertise and high-impact digital marketing to grow referral pipelines from CPAs, dominate local search footprints, and produce authority-building content across video, webinar, and social channels.
You will work closely with leadership, our established LinkedIn marketing team, and various freelancers to turn specialized tax-bankruptcy thought leadership into measurable new leads.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Local Search & Map Pack Dominance
(a) Own local profile optimization and strategic expansion across all office locations.
(b) Implement systematic client-review generation, monitoring, and reputation response protocols to capture local 3-pack dominance.
2. Organic Social Media Management (SMM)
(a) Oversee multi-channel organic social strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to grow follower base, impression share, frequency, and reach.
(b) Maintain a unified brand voice and synchronized cross-channel publishing calendar.
3. CPA-Focused Email Marketing
(a) Manage ongoing email outreach campaigns tailored specifically to CPA segments.
(b) Segment lists, test subject lines/copy, track conversion metrics, and coordinate follow-up workflows with business development.
4. Webinars & Virtual Continuing Education (CE)
(a) Produce and execute free, high-value Tax Bankruptcy CE webinars for CPAs.
(b) Integrate webinar registration and follow-up funnels seamlessly with LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns.
5. Video Marketing & YouTube Growth
(a) Produce monthly educational and promotional video assets.
(b) Oversee YouTube channel optimization and build a multi-channel clipping/repurposing workflow (short-form and long-form).
6. Press & Public Relations
(a) Draft, coordinate, and distribute regular press releases highlighting firm milestones, case studies, or regulatory/tax updates.
7. Reputation & Brand Authority Marketing
(a) Scale client review acquisition across a high volume of GBP profiles.
8. LinkedIn Strategy Integration
(a) Collaborate directly with our specialized LinkedIn campaign team to align organic touchpoints, executive positioning, and lead-gen outbound motions.
