Our Experiences team puts fans at the center of their favorite stories, in real life, through permanent entertainment venues, The House, and touring attractions around the world. Houses are our permanent, always-on, constantly refreshable entertainment venues, where guests can step into their favorite stories. We want these experiences, along with merchandise offerings, to help promote love for our titles so they become part of the zeitgeist for longer periods of time and drive long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

Aggregate and maintain the rollout calendar across Experiences Marketing efforts for the Houses ongoing campaigns and other strategic initiatives keeping dates, owners, and dependencies current as timelines shift.

Work closely with Marketing's strategic pillars' leads supporting The Houses, ensuring briefs are executed and distributed on time.

Collaborate closely with ticketing revenue product lead to identify strategic deployment of ticketing promotions in line with rollout schedule.

Partner with the Marketing pillar leads to gather status updates and keep stakeholders informed and aligned on what's launching and when.

Compile and send a weekly digest that gives the team a clear, at-a-glance view of progress across our key pillars: Existing Location Campaigns, Programming, Revenue Products, Local Community, and new House launches.

Partner with Marketing Operations and Brand Program Management to ensure Marketing team's accountability to master milestone calendar and deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or ideally within entertainment, retail, hospitality, or consumer experience brands.

Proven experience owning shared calendars, project trackers, or status reporting across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Strong track record partnering cross-functionally with product, creative, operations, and marketing teams, and driving alignment without direct authority.

Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex, multiworkstream updates into a clear, concise digest.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage many moving parts simultaneously and keep nothing from falling through the cracks.

Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with project management and tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar) #TMCA
