Blue Gems ABA is looking for an organized, proactive Marketing Operations/Project Manager to support and lead our Marketing Department within a fast-growing ABA healthcare company.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will help coordinate projects across the Marketing Department, keep our project management system updated, follow up on deliverables and deadlines, and ensure projects move efficiently from request through completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Marketing Department’s project management system, ensuring projects, owners, deadlines, and statuses stay current.
  • Coordinate projects across marketing, creative, digital, events, leadership, other departments, and outside vendors.
  • Follow up on outstanding assignments, deliverables, and deadlines to keep projects moving.
  • Translate meetings, requests, and decisions into clear projects, responsibilities, and next steps.
  • Help leadership maintain visibility into project status, priorities, and upcoming deadlines.
  • Develop and improve internal workflows, processes, and SOPs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency, reduce unnecessary costs, and avoid last-minute or expedited work.
  • Help organize shared documents, creative assets, and project resources.
  • Create structure around recurring marketing projects and workflows.
  • Proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, and items that may be falling through the cracks.

What we are looking for

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confident following up with team members and coordinating across different functions.
  • Proactive, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • Ability to improve processes and bring structure to evolving workflows.

Experience in marketing, healthcare, ABA, or a related environment is a plus.

Position Details

  • Part-Time/Full Time
  • Opportunity for the role and responsibilities to grow over time.

If you’re someone who naturally keeps things organized, enjoys making sure projects actually get across the finish line, and thrives on keeping multiple moving pieces on track, we’d love to hear from you.
