Delivers Spa guests custom massages and body treatments
Responsibilities
- Exemplifies high standards of guest service and professionalism at all times.
- Performs multiple and consecutive sessions during a shift and provides multiple body therapies offered in the Spa menu.
- Conducts all treatments according to treatment guidelines and follows draping policy.
- Assesses and accommodates guests' needs, inquiring about physical well-being, injuries and allergies, and performs appropriate service.
- Delivers exceptional services, clearly communicates client self-care, educates and sells products to guests, and up-sells services to maximize return visits and retail sales.
- Maintains a smooth flow of services for clients booked with multiple therapists.
- Maintains professional relationships with clients and other team members.
- Participates in and contributes to Team Member meetings, training sessions, product knowledge classes and team effort.
- Maintains inventory levels on products and supplies.
- Maintains a clean, organized and safe working environment.
- Abides by all national and state regulations and guidelines for massage therapy.
- Upholds a work environment that promotes teamwork, partnership, recognition, mutual respect, and collaboration while role modeling the company values, behaviors, and culture of One.Team.Chumash.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
- Valid CA State or County Massage License.
- One additional certification in reflexology, prenatal, or deep-tissue massage is required.
- Additional Esthetician license a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, email, and internet.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
- Native American hiring preference applies.
