Responsibilities include performing a variety of therapeutic massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal massage; delivering consistent, high-quality treatments that align with Woodhouse luxury spa standards; conducting thorough client intake consultations to customize each session to individual needs; maintaining a clean, sanitized, and tranquil treatment room environment between appointments; recommending retail products and additional spa services to enhance the client's wellness journey; collaborating with spa team members to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience; and adhering to all licensing regulations, safety protocols, and spa policies.

Requirements include a valid Virginia Massage Therapy license (or ability to obtain one), completed accredited massage therapy program with required training hours, proficiency in multiple massage modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, etc.), strong client service skills with a warm, professional demeanor, ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, physical stamina to perform multiple treatments per shift, and prior experience in a spa or hospitality setting is a plus.
