Material Handler Multiple Shifts Available (1st, 2nd, Weekend)

Location: Elk River, MN

Pay: $20.50$25.50/hr (Contract-to-Hire)

Available Shifts

Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (MonFri)
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM 1:30 AM (MonThurs)
• Weekend Shift: FriSun compressed schedule (great for those who want weekdays free)

What You'll Do

• Pick and pack orders using pick sheets and RF scanners
• Load and unload trucks manually or with equipment
• Move materials using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
• Build and break down pallets for shipments
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Rotate between departments based on daily needs

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn new tasks and support multiple departments

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• 1+ year forklift experience (reach truck, stand-up, sit-down, or tugger)
• Experience using RF scanners
• Basic computer skills (SAP, Excel, etc.)
