Requirements and Job Duties:
- Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility to support production operations.
- Supply production lines with materials to ensure a continuous workflow and minimize downtime.
- Load, unload, and stage materials from incoming and outgoing trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify materials and quantities against shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy.
- Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records using RF scanners and inventory management systems.
- Organize and stage materials in designated warehouse and production areas.
- Conduct routine inspections of materials and report discrepancies, damage, or quality concerns.
- Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices when applicable.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment in accordance with 5S and safety standards.
- Support general warehouse, shipping, and receiving functions as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners preferred.
