Twin City Staffing is seeking environmentally conscious and motivated individuals to join our team as on call material sorters. This role is perfect for those who want to play a direct part in local green initiatives by helping divert materials from landfills and supporting sustainability efforts. Location: Shakopee, MN Wage: $19.76 $20.24 per hour Hours: On-call / As-needed, Monday Friday

1st Shift: 6:30 am 3:00 pm

2nd Shift: 3:30 pm 12:00 am or 12:30 am

Duties

• Sort and separate recyclable materials from waste streams
• Monitor materials to ensure quality and compliance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist with facility projects and general upkeep
• Work with team members to improve recycling efficiency

Requirements

• Previous outdoor labor or recycling experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in dust, noise, and changing weather conditions
• Flexible availability for on-call shifts
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)
