Position Details:

Location: Wentzville, MO

Contract Type: 1099

Pay: $150/HR

Weekly

Start Date: ASAP

Interview: Virtual (scheduled within 48 hours)

Duration: 6-month contract with potential extension

Role Highlights:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8.5-hour shifts (includes 30-min lunch)

Patient Volume: 14-16 patients/day

Setting: Occupational Health Clinic

EMR: Epic

Team Support: APPs, physicians, and nursing staff

Responsibilities:

Conduct DOT and workplace physicals

Perform return-to-work exams

Treat workplace injuries and manage OSHA requirements

Provide primary care services in an occupational health setting

Requirements:

Board Certified (ABIM / ABFM)

Active MO License

BLS, DEA, DOT Certification

1+ year experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Occupational Medicine

Orientation: 1 week | Onboarding: 2–3 weeks
