Full-time Positions

We are located at 1702 South Highway 130, Saratoga WY

Hours are 7-4 & 8-5 weekdays and 1 day a week is a Saturday.  Overtime may be needed at times.

Pay based on experience- $16-$25/hr. Meat cutting experience or other food-related experience required. Relocation stipend could be available for the right candidate.

Job Duties Include

• Breaking down large cuts of meat as well as larger sections for steak, grounds, roasts etc.


• Weighing out accurate final portions


• Understanding of different cuts of meat and how to prepare them


• Ensuring the meat is fresh, properly stored and handled according to food safety standards


• Packaging products for sale


• Using equipment such as slicers, scales, knives and grinders


• Curing meat and making sausages


• Fulfilling custom orders, such as cutting meat to customer specifications


• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, take orders and provide recommendations


• Knowledge of and adherence to safety practices to prevent injuries and maintain a clean workspace
