Sysco Corporation - - Responsibilities: Cut meat to customer specifications with a high yielding level of skill; Support the production team with properly trimmed product ready for further processing; Label/identify sub primal cuts after trimming to ensure product is ready for next step; Identify product by proper name at sight and trim all loins; Work in refrigerated processing and warehouse areas; handle heavy lifting as needed
