Mechanical Assembler
Apply NowWe have an outstanding Contract position for aMechanical Assemblerto join a leading Company located in theBaldwin Park, CAsurrounding area.
Pay Rate: $20 - $23
Shift: 6 AM to 2:30 PM M-F.
Responsibilities :
+ Assembles raw material into relatively small or light subassemblies and complete units.
+ Tests, calibrates, and fits parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
+ Works from product specifications and instructions to properly assemble the product.
+ Uses hand tools and small power tools properly.
+ Uses equipment, machinery, and materials properly.
+ Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Basic Hiring Criteria :
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Minimum 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, Parts Manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
+ Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
+ Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
