A nationally recognized mechanical construction company is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to manage large commercial and industrial projects.

The company handles a wide range of mechanical work, including HVAC, plumbing, controls, building automation, engineering, and prefabrication. Projects include healthcare facilities, schools, high rise buildings, industrial facilities, and other large commercial projects.

What You'll Do

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from the beginning of construction through completion. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage project budgets, costs, and financial performance
• Build and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
• Communicate with customers, general contractors, and project teams
• Make sure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Help ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Work closely with engineering, fabrication, and field teams

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience
• Experience managing larger HVAC and/or plumbing projects
• Strong understanding of construction schedules and project finances
• Experience using project management software
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% to 50%
