You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals in a 23-bed unit, ensuring the best outcomes for your patients. Your responsibilities will include:Providing direct patient care in a 1:6 ratio, with a 1:5 ratio during weekday day shifts
Floating to PCU for MSU assignments as needed
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC charting system
Adhering to trauma level 3 protocols and procedures
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plansRequirements for this role include:Current RN license
BLS (AHA or ARC) and NIHSS certifications
Need 1 year experience in setting
