IES offers the opportunity to combine clinical Emergency Medicine with meaningful physician leadership within the Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospital system.
BSW Emergency Hospital - Rockwall is a 24/7, emergency facility located at 1975 Alpha Dr., Suite 100, Rockwall, TX. It features shorter average wait times with on-site imaging, and comfortable inpatient beds for overnight observation or critical care.

- Schedule Options:
- 12-hour shifts
- Full-time, benefit eligible @ 120 hours/month (W2 only)
- Facility Setup: 16 beds (8 ED + 8 inpatient)
- Coverage: Primarily Solo coverage
- Support Staff: Nurses, ED techs (paramedics), rad techs, and telemedicine hospitalists
Compensation is a base hourly rate with RVU component, Quality metrics and Night Shift Differential. Monthly Stipend for Administrate Duties.
Benefits offered for W2 include medical, dental, vision, 401K, $5K CME allowance and paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance.
