Medical Director

The Medical Director is the lead clinician overseeing all aspects of patient care services provided by Spectra Health. This position works with the leadership team to ensure that Spectra Health is meeting clinical requirements as set forth by the Bureau of Primary Health Care. The Medical Director ensures that Spectra Health patients have adequate access to integrated health care services and provides oversight of the quality improvement program and the peer review process. This position also supervises the employee health and respiratory protection programs for the agency. The Medical Director reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Other: Salary: $160,000.00 annually Qualifications: Board certified APRN, MD or PA with valid licenses in jurisdiction of the clinic. Graduate of an accredited medical school or nurse practitioner program. Minimum of three (3) years of practice experience with clinical management experience. Prior experience working with diverse population groups. Strong leadership skills with a clear vision in leading clinical teams.
