Lead the medical team while providing advanced veterinary care for small animals, exotic pets, and birds in a collaborative, well-equipped hospital.

Location: Chester, Maryland

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee medical standards and patient care
• Mentor veterinarians and support staff
• Perform wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry
• Treat dogs, cats, exotic pets, and avian patients
• Support hospital operations and enhance the client experience

Qualifications:

• DVM degree with a Maryland veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Leadership experience or a strong interest in developing leadership skills
• Experience with or interest in exotic and avian medicine
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $110,000$150,000 plus commission opportunities
