Medical Director - Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) | Inpatient Rehab Leadership

A nationally recognized rehabilitation healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to serve as Medical Director of an established inpatient rehabilitation program in Connecticut.

This leadership opportunity combines active inpatient rehabilitation practice with clinical leadership responsibilities focused on quality improvement, physician engagement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and program growth.

The Medical Director will work closely with executive leadership, nursing, therapy teams, case management, consulting physicians, and hospital administration to deliver exceptional rehabilitation care for patients recovering from complex medical conditions.
