Elmwood Grove Animal Hospital is a cutting-edge, full-service small animal hospital in a premier suburb just west of Chicago, seeking a managing veterinarian to lead our talented seven-doctor team. The opportunity:

  • Lead a well-established seven-doctor team as managing veterinarian
  • Oversee surgical and medical cases while upholding high clinical standards and exceptional client care
  • Mentor and guide associate veterinarians and staff in a collaborative, positive environment
  • Partner with an experienced hospital manager on operations, with a clear pathway toward practice ownership
  • At least five to seven years of experience as a DVM in a small animal GP or urgent care setting, plus leadership skills and financial acumen are required for this role

ProSal compensation & benefits:

  • Starting salary of $150,000$170,000 plus production and leadership bonuses
