Medical Education Physician Fellowship - Emergency Medicine
Apply NowLoma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Emergency Medicine, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join our fellowship program The department is pleased to announce a one-year Emergency Medicine Medical Education Fellowship.
Our foundational curriculum will provide the successful applicant with essential knowledge of learning theory, lecture/bedside teaching techniques, and study design. The fellow will be given the opportunity to "sub-specialize" in one or two of the following: undergraduate medical education, graduate medical education, simulation, or international medical education in conjunction with our Global Health faculty and fellowship. The fellow will work closely with medical students and residents during clinical shifts in our busy, high acuity academic emergency department. The fellow will be mentored by a faculty with diverse interests and talents.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for starting base compensation ranges from $203,000 to $213,000. This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the department compensation plan. More information on compensation is discussed with the candidate during the recruitment process.
For candidates desiring a Master's degree in health professional education, we are happy to provide guidance for an appropriate self-funded Master's degree.
